With more than 16 years of professional experience, Federico Farina leads BISA Argentina, focusing on team leadership and business planning. He has also participated in important projects within the Group and
in other firms, such as La Dolfina Polo Club. Currently, he leads Baysur Breeding, a program specialized in the breeding and cloning of high performance horses for polo, which combines excellent genetics, advanced breeding techniques
and an optimal environment to develop horses with exceptional abilities.
With more than 20 years of experience in financial management, corporate strategy and team leadership, Guillermo Walker has played a key role in BISA’s expansion and consolidation in the market. His
strategic approach and his ability to drive operational efficiency have contributed significantly to the sustainable growth of the organization.


Fabián Bakchellian is a member of the BISA Board, with an outstanding track record in leadership and strategic management. Previously, he served as President of Gatic SA, where he developed his ability to lead teams, drive growth and strengthen the company’s position in the market. With more than 20 years of experience in business development and client relations, Fabian combines a strategic vision with a hands-on approach to achieve solid results. His commitment to innovation and excellence positions him as a benchmark in the sports industry.
Business executive with vast experience in leadership positions in multinational matrix organizations in the sports and sports fashion industry. Successful track record in brand building, channel development, marketing, business planning and expansion initiatives for brands such as Adidas and Under Armour in the Latin American region. Led a high level of strategic negotiations, utilizing influencing and collaboration skills by constantly understanding local customer needs versus global decisions, and demonstrating a communication style that effectively articulates the expectations of the organization. Her mission is to create and promote inclusive work environments to ensure people’s commitment to business objectives.
